The space
All the rooms are in the same floor so you can interact with other guests if you want to. Common areas like the lounge and the dinning area is where you can all come together. 
You can access the kitchen when ever you want and use it too which has everything like gas, microwaves ,hot jugs , fridge , hot & cold water & utensils .
We live on the 3rd floor so if you want, you can join us and be with the host family and experience the homestay experience you are looking for .
Or you could be on your own in the guest house. We completely maintain and respect your space and privacy .

Other than the rooms, you can have access to our common areas like the Lounge, dining area, kitchen which are on the same floor to the main house on the 3rd floor, which also has a balcony, a dining area for the guests , puja room (prayer room ) , if you would want to meditate .

Other things to note
We do not have porter service, but we definitely help where needed .
People who have plans to visit restricted areas like Nathula pass / Tsomgu Lake / North Sikkim (Lachung /Lachen / Dzongu etc ) or any places where permits are required, please do carry few passport size photographs & photo copies of your photo ID, atleast 6 each . 
Guests visiting from foreign countries are suggested to carry few passport size photographs & photo copies of your ID too. 
You will require them when you enter the country and even at the Sikkim check post where you will have to get a entry visa and the officers will stamp your passport. Further you will have to get an Inner Line Permit from them which is a printed copy of the places you can visit in Sikkim . 
Sikkim being a state surrounded with 3 different countries has a restriction on foreign nationals movement on border areas. One thing to keep note to foreign nationals - You are not allowed to travel alone to these restricted places. 
Permits are only issued if you travel in groups of 2 or more. Single person permits are not issued. Foreign nationals who wish to travel to north sikkim like Dzongu, Lachung, Lachen should note that they will be issued permits for 4 days at a stretch only . After that they will have to renew their permit .

Our Residence is a four-storeyed Building, with the Top Floor and Second Floor available for guests. We have a shop on the Ground Floor from where you can get your daily essentials. Located just about 5-10mins(sans Traffic) drive from town and 25-35minutes of walking distance. You can also find Fast foods, eateries, ATMs, Pharmacy nearby(all within walking distance).

Inspite of occupying Private Rooms, you have the liberty of accessing the Terrace, Prayer cum Meditation room.

Other things to note
The Washroom is Exclusively Private for the Room. However the guests have to step out of the Room to use the Washroom(without Compromising the Privacy as there is an additional Barrier which ensures complete Privacy for the Guests from the other Rooms) :) 
The Room in itself does not offer a view. However the View is pretty good from the Terrace which you can enjoy while having your breakfast, lunch or Dinner from our Mini Rooftop Dining in the Terrace.
Breakfast is Complimentary and shall be available every Morning. Lunch and Dinner is as per Availability of the Cook. However there is a home delivery service, if you would like to eat in.
